Enquiries and Reservations

Circa 1929 Spa is open Tues-Sat. To book a treatment or find out more about the services we offer, call us on 02 69259312, or visit our website www.circa1929.com.au. To ensure your preferred time and service(s) are available, we recommend you book in advance.

Spa Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This gives you and your therapist time to plan the perfect experience. If you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time. We’ll do our best to avoid that, but it’s not always possible.

Medical conditions

When making your reservation, please advise us of any medical or health conditions and whilst filling our required client consultation form please note any allergies or injuries that might affect your spa experience. Our wish is to make your treatment as enjoyable as we possibly can and tailor the experience to suit you.

Pregnancy

We have treatments suitable for mums-to-be and nursing mums. We are more than happy to help you select the most suitable treatments for you or a loved one to enjoy.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and limited availability, reservations for more than one hour will be held by a credit card number or gift voucher number and failure to notify us will result in your credit card being charges 50% of the treatment value or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for all treatments, packages and products. Gift certificates can be purchased online and emailed or collected from Circa 1929. Our beautifully boxed gift vouchers are a present in themselves so we do encourage you to pick your voucher up from our Spa if possible but are more than happy to use the alternative. Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from purchase.

• Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash
• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
• Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment or will not be honoured

Refund Policy

Products other than gift vouchers are fully refundable if in the same condition as when purchased. Receipt of purchase is required.

Spa Etiquette

To make things more comfortable and relaxing for everyone, Circa 1929 Spa is a mobile phone and a smoke-free environment.

Spa experience

We encourage all our guests to stay longer in our lounge area and enjoy some extra relaxation time. We serve from our fully stocked bar and also tea/coffee and refreshing array of Herbal teas. If you would like to try one of our cheese platters, please let us know prior to your booking.
